My name is Javier or Javi for short. I am one of the lucky owners of BlueSky Tire and Auto. Like many others in the field my curiosity in cars and mechanical inclination is what started the journey to where I am today. I’ve worked for a dealer and for corporate chains both as a technician and service advisor. My mission is to bring all that experience to my customers and provide the best auto repair experience. My passion for automotive is only matched by my passion for customer service.

We’re focused on making BlueSky Tire and Auto as worry-free as possible. I love that I can do that by providing a service that makes life easier for our customers. It’s very rewarding! When I’m at home I love all forms of art and painting is something I enjoy doing in my spare time.

Hi, my name is Tim Sanchez. I started in the business at the age of 19 as a tire tech. Soon after I switched gears and transitioned to customer service. I live in Arlington Heights with my wife and son. I love spending time with them more than anything. Every day my goal is to provide my customers the best experience, every visit.

Norbert Tourtillott

Mechanic, ASE Technician

My name is Norbert Tourtillott. I live in Mount Prospect. Shortly after serving in the marine corps I started in the auto industry. In 2000 I worked for Sears Auto Center, then in 2010 I came to work here at Personalized Auto Care, now BlueSky Tire and Auto. I love what I do and I am constantly learning. I like watching sports and spending time with my family.
